I am a Ukrainian writer, podcaster, popularizer of fairy tale motifs in modern literature. I investigate the magical mythological component in prose and with its help I try to talk about current topics. The heroines of my texts are female figures whose metamorphosis I reveal as part of my work with feminism.
Presentations of the novel "(Not) About War" Vienna, Berlin, Stockholm, Paris
In March 2022, due to the Russian assault on Ukraine, I had to escape from Kyiv and move to Berlin, where, with the support of the PEN Center in Germany, I started working on an autobiographical novel,"(Not)AboutWar".
My goal was to tell a personal story about refugeeism and the experience of overcoming it in order to contribute to the struggle of Ukrainians for freedom. With my book, I intended to express the support to all those who are experiencing the horrors of war along with to document the events of my country and compatriots.

My text is a fiction diary, which I have kept from February 24, 2022 to November 2023. But despite being autobiographical, it is also a way of telling about people, the power of their love and the beauty that shines through the destruction and death, the creativity that sustains me during the darkest of times.
A tale based on Slavic folklore about the rebirth of nature and man's role in the endless cycle of life.
Cape Town That Doesn't Exist
A meditative escape-parable about the wanderings into a semi-fictional dream world that the soul takes to know itself and then back to reality.
Out Loud! (In a Voice!)
A non-boring manual for creating a podcast. The book was co-authored with my colleagues at Coven Dur (Ковен Дур), a Russian-language podcast commited to behind-the-scenes writing process and literary concerns.
During its existence, the Coven Dur podcast has reached nearly half a million listens and was awarded as the best literary podcast in 2019.

«The Purple House»
In 2020, I started writing a surreal, feminist parable novel about women's voices in history called The Purple House. But the book has never been finished because of Russia's assault on Ukraine.
My fairy-tale adult dilogy about women’s initiation, separation, finding oneself, has gained the popularity among readers in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus.
I am not cooperating anymore with publishers from the Russian Federation, the contracts for the publication of my books have been partially severed. I am in the process of reclaiming the rights to the Thorn Witch dylogy, but the Russian publisher AST Mainstream refuses to cooperate.
